ōLiv Boulder is located in Boulder, Colorado, just a few minute’s walk from Downtown Boulder. We offer a rooftop deck, including a hot tub and other communal amenities for recreation and relaxation. Upgraded units of various packages are available to enhance our already amazing apartment features. Residents enter through secure points using a key-fob access system, and reserved parking is also available in our multi-level parking garage.

At ōLiv Boulder, our first priority is the security of our residents. The building and amenity spaces are accessed via secure electronic key fobs. We also offer controlled access garage parking and storage for students’ bikes and scooters.
